If you love burger…if you love lobster…

It’s not been that long since Burger& Lobster has landed into London food scene. I avoided going with the crowds (and the long queues ) to get a better feel of the place, so a month or so ago I visited the Mayfair outpost with my 2 dear friends Kate and Caroline.

It was strictly a ladies only night for us

And when I see ourselves with the bibs, I think this was a good call (but, hey what else you are supposed to wear when you are about to eat this giant creature below)

Our meal was perfectly cooked, goldenly grilled from outside but fluffy from inside. Right amount of sauce and tasty, fresh lobster here we come. I would say the french fries could have been better. However, I should also admit that nothing was left on the plate-so we establish it was yummy, right?

The bar area is not cool cool but it’s not bad either

Cool factor for me was definitely Mr Lobster himself and the girls only kind of gossiping. And yes, that’s a recommendation.

A little note: They do not take reservations so it’s a great choice for a spontaneous dinner out.
