Is Istanbul becoming a hot destination again?
Once a subject to all lists that identify cool cities around the world from Wallpaper to Monocle, I have to admit that Istanbul lost its sparkle a bit for the last few years. However, things seem to be changing fast. As Covid 19 seems to be on and off (and this is partly why my blog lost its lifeline which is travelling), I started to observe that Istanbul, my hometown is getting back to its glory as many other destinations. I decided to dedicate a few posts to beautiful Istanbul just to help with your bearings if you are a first timer. So, watch this space for a few recommendations around where to eat and go.
